Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Join us in shaping the future of talent—if you

from you. Specialist with 1 year of experience in recruitment. The role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, sourcing quality candidates, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct initial HR screenings and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful closures
• Maintain data in ATS and track hiring metrics
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Tools & Skills
• ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit)
• Job portals: LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
• Boolean search and sourcing techniques
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of HRMS/HRIS system
