Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, with a strong focus on passive candidate acquisition.
Coordinate and drive end-to-end hiring processes by partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, track recruitment progress, and ensure timely talent delivery.
Manage recruitment operations, including pipeline management, candidate experience, interview scheduling, and referral program administration.
Build and maintain a strong talent network to support current and future hiring needs.
Continuously optimize recruitment strategies, processes, and employer branding initiatives to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate quality.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Self-motivated, independent, creative, and highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
Fast learner with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical thinking, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
Familiarity with the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to effectively engage with a diverse, global talent pool.
