職責:
• 全權負責台灣區招募流程:包含深度洞察用人需求、主動搜索高階人才、精準篩選、面試安排及核薪任用等作業。
• 跨國協作與招募策略落地:與亞洲區總部人才招聘負責人及台灣區人資經理緊密協作,開發並優化多元創新招募管道,佈局中長期招募策略與內部人才推薦計畫,以精準吸引市場頂尖人才。
• 高效管理內外部利害關係人:與跨部門用人主管、品牌營運端、人資團隊及外部獵頭顧問建立強健的合作夥伴關係,確保招募溝通順暢並最大化協同成效。
• 優化招募效能與成本控管:精準媒合符合品牌文化與組織期待之優質候選人,建立高效人才漏斗,在兼顧招募時效的同時,有效控管整體招募成本。
• 傳遞卓越的雇主品牌體驗(Candidate Experience):於整體招募旅程中深植品牌精神,向候選人傳遞正向且具吸引力的雇主品牌形象。
• 數據驅動管理(Data-driven):定期維護、分析並產出關鍵招募指標與報表,以提供管理階層決策依據。
Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage the full-lifecycle recruitment process in Taiwan, encompassing workforce need analysis, proactive talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and strategic offer management.
• Regional Collaboration & Sourcing Innovation: Partner closely with the APAC Talent Acquisition Leader and Taiwan HR Manager to formulate, implement, and optimize innovative sourcing channels, referral programs, and recruitment strategies to attract top-tier market talent.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with internal business leaders, store operations teams, regional HR counterparts, and external search firms to drive efficiency and quality of hire.
• Recruitment Optimization & Cost Control: Deliver High-quality candidates that align with brand values while monitoring and driving key recruitment metrics (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Quality of Hire) to optimize budget utilization.
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless, premium, and professional candidate journey that elevates the brand's employer image in the market.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present recruitment dashboards and strategic reports periodically to support management in data-backed decision-making.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related discipline
• At least one year of relevant recruitment experience (including volume hiring and direct sourcing)
• Flexible, multi-tasking, detail-minded, independent, team player, well-organized with strong interpersonal skills and commits to deadline
• Ability to build trust and value-added relationships with key stakeholders
• Fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken
