The Job:
You'll be part of our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will collaborate with key leadership to develop recruiting strategies and pipelines for various organizations across Stanley Black and Decker. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will have the opportunity to:
• Partner with Recruiting Managers and business stakeholders to understand job requirements, implement effective sourcing strategies, discuss hiring priorities, and share qualified leads
• Manage the entire candidate funnel by engaging with both active and passive talent.
• Proactively develop and implement candidate-generation and sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent pools using all available recruiting tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify both active and passive candidates.
• Analyze hiring trends, market analytics, and industry changes to help create effective, targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build and sustain a diverse talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, maintaining a steady flow of talent for the organization by creating and nurturing talent communities.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with extensive talent sourcing experience.
• 3-5 years experience of a mix corporate and search firm (agency) talent sourcing preferred and candidate generation experience with a focus on Information Technology and Engineering functions
• Proven skills in talent mapping, research, competitive intelligence.
• A track record of using metrics to drive results and behavior.
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools, comfort in presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
• An understanding of innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify, nurture, and hire passive talent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Proactive and data-driven in decision-making.
