Key Responsibilities
Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with department and business unit heads to understand operational needs and translate them into effective talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies.
Process Enhancement: Drive recruitment process optimization and continuous improvement, ensuring that HR policies, frameworks, and practices align with market best practices to support business efficiency and scalability.
Lifecycle HR Operations: Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employment offers, work visa applications, onboarding, and early-stage employee experience.
Employee Relations: Manage and advise on employee relations matters-including performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, and compliance issues-with sound judgment and professionalism.
C&B Collaboration: Partner closely with the Compensation & Benefits team on payroll validation, employment movement processing, and offboarding procedures.
HR Projects & Digitalization: Drive impactful HR initiatives, including HR system digitalization, policy reviews, and change management programs.
Analytics & Reporting: Provide actionable HR insights and analytical reports on headcount, budgeting, attrition, workforce trends, and organizational effectiveness to support data-driven decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Hong Kong labor legislation, internal governance standards, and corporate requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of relevant HR experience with a strong specialization in talent acquisition within fast-paced or complex organizations.
Legal Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and regional HR best practices.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience utilizing the recruitment modules of modern HR information systems (HRIS).
Mindset: Pragmatic, commercially minded, and hands-on, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin strongly preferred).
