Job Highlights:

• Monday - Friday, 8:15AM to 5PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full spectrum of recruitment activities from sourcing, interview, salary negotiation, onboarding to offboarding support

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements

• Build strong internal talent pipelines for both technical, operations and specialized positions

• Ensure smooth communication and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resource, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience

• Experience hiring for technical roles within manufacturing or technology industries preferred

• Familiar with ATS systems such as Workday or any HR related system

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
