Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring needs, and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies through multiple channels, including professional networks, job portals, educational institutions, and industry platforms.
- Create compelling job advertisements and employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate suitability against role requirements.
- Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate recruitment activities with internal stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to talent development programmes, internship initiatives, and HR projects where required.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant employment regulations and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market developments, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Support broader HR and talent acquisition functions to achieve organisational objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
