Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring needs, and recruitment priorities.
  • Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies through multiple channels, including professional networks, job portals, educational institutions, and industry platforms.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate suitability against role requirements.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and coordinate recruitment activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations to enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Contribute to talent development programmes, internship initiatives, and HR projects where required.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant employment regulations and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market developments, and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Support broader HR and talent acquisition functions to achieve organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
