The Talent Acquisition Partner, APAC, leads full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across Olympus business units within the APAC region, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in talent attraction and acquisition. This role partners closely with hiring managers—from Associate Manager through Business Unit President and Group President levels—to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities.
Operating with a start-up mindset, the Talent Acquisition Partner continuously seeks opportunities to improve processes, tools, and practices to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards.
Reporting to the APAC Talent Acquisition Director, this is an individual contributor role.
