Talent Acquisition Manager

Join a leading offshore marine organisation and take ownership of a regional talent acquisition function supporting business growth across critical technical, operational and leadership hiring.

This is a senior, hands-on TA leadership role for someone who can set direction, lead a team and still stay close to delivery. You'll work directly with business leaders on workforce planning, build pipelines for hard-to-find talent, strengthen employer branding and candidate experience, and personally drive critical and senior hires when needed.

The role also offers broader exposure beyond recruitment, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and wider people matters across the region.

Key Requirements

• Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience leading an end-to-end Talent Acquisition function, including developing a recruitment team and remaining hands-on with critical and senior searches.
• Strong track record hiring senior, technical and operational talent, ideally within offshore marine, oil & gas or another technical industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner business leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategy and broader HR matters.
• Good working knowledge of recruitment analytics, ATS platforms, sourcing strategy and employer branding.
