Purpose of the Role: The Talent Acquisition Lead shapes and drives strategic hiring initiatives to support Zuellig Pharmas business goals and long-term continuity. This role builds a future-ready workforce by attracting the right talent, enhancing candidate and hiring manager, and partnering with leaders to ensure every hire strengthens our business.
What Youll Do :
Strategic Talent Planning
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design and execute a forward-looking TA strategy aligned to business priorities
- Use labor market insights and data analytics to influence workforce planning and talent decisions
- Monitor labor regulations and trends, adapting strategies to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
- Lead full-cycle recruitment with speed and quality, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate both capability and culture fit
- Deliver seamless onboarding experiences that accelerate productivity and engagement
Brand & Pipeline Development
- Champion Zuellig Pharmas Employer Brand through targeted campaigns, university partnerships, and industry events
- Build diverse talent pipelines using multi-channel sourcing strategies and technology platforms
- Lead initiatives that showcase Zuellig Pharma as an employer of choice
Operational Excellence
- Own recruitment metrics and dashboards to measure time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness
- Optimize processes and adopt technology to increase efficiency and scalability
- Manage vendor partnerships and recruitment budgets to maximize ROI
Others
- Able to deal with colleagues of all levels., take an active role in leading or contributing to market and regional HR initiatives (not limited to TA), ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Good in both English & Mandrin.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- 8 years+ relevant TA experiences
- Familiar with Labor Standard Law.
- Good business acumen
- Hands-on, can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
