Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead, Deputy Director
Role Overview
This is a group-level leadership role driving Talent Acquisition for centralised recruitment across NHG Health's cluster of institutions. Leading a team of recruiters across Medical, Nursing, Allied Health and Pharmacy, you will shape how NHG attracts, engages and hires talent at scale.
You will operate in a complex, fast-moving healthcare environment, requiring strong stakeholder management across institutions, a sharp grasp of data and reporting, and the ability to elevate NHG's employer brand. It's a challenging role but a deeply meaningful one with direct impact on healthcare outcomes and communities.
