Team Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join the Regional Talent Acquisition - Campus Recruitment & Branding Team. This role is critical in supporting our large-scale 2026/2027 campus recruitment cycles and driving Monee's employer brand presence across campus. You will gain hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment operations and regional campus engagement strategies.
Job Description:
- Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selecting of ideal individuals for Monee
- Work on recruitment projects, which include coordinating recruiting events, research on recruitment-related topics, sourcing & talent mapping
- Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and reports
- Support the planning and execution of both online and offline campus activities (career fairs, webinars, roadshows) to enhance Monee's visibility among Gen Z
- Assist in creating localised content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok) to communicate Monee's value proposition
Requirement:
- Previous experience in recruitment operations, HR administration, or large-scale event organisation is highly preferred.
- Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram) and a strong interest in digital storytelling and employer branding.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex interview schedules and multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Open to all majors; students pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Communications are preferred
