This role is responsible for two aspects: (1) planning, executing, and overseeing group-wide talent acquisition and staffing channels, policies, and processes. (2) serves as a core member of the ESG & Sustainability project team and leads HR BPs to contribute to group-wide ESG initiatives. The position leads employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, and responsibilities include end-to-end project planning, execution, and close collaboration with Group HR and Management teams across the organization. This role reports directly to the Head of HR&M Department, TSRC.
General Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise recruitment and staffing processes across the entire group.
- Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects, including Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and ESG/Sustainability, Human Rights initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Group HR and management teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
Professional Responsibilities
- Plan and implement employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction and corporate branding.
- Design and standardize global recruitment process and its governance frameworks.
- Develop diverse recruitment channels and formulate sourcing strategies for key and critical talents.
- Lead middle to senior level recruitment and selection processes.
- Analyze workforce metrics and provide recruitment action plans and talent retention strategies.
- Plan and execute assigned projects; proactively coordinate, communicate, and track project progress, and consolidate relevant data and compile reports.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Competency:
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Strong capability in designing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Employer Branding & Employee Experience: Proven experience in building employer brand value and driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Management: Solid experience managing middle to senior level recruitment and partnering with executives and key stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Workforce Planning: Ability to analyze workforce data, identify talent gaps, and propose actionable recruitment and retention solutions.
- Project Management: Demonstrated capability in cross-functional project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Global HR Process Design: Experience in building standardized and scaleable global recruitment frameworks.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong cross-team collaboration, communication, and coordination skills in matrix and multinational environments.
- ESG & Sustainability Awareness: Experience participating in ESG or sustainable development initiatives is a strong plus.
Experience and other requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in various HR functions and employer branding is highly preferred.
- Candid attitude & a team player.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin and curating LinkedIn posts.
- Familiar with Microsoft office 365, PowerBI and Co-pilot etc., GenAI tools.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and working for unknowns.
- Willingness to take on challenges and learn new things.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural & cross-functional environment.
