Job Description

This role is responsible for two aspects: (1) planning, executing, and overseeing group-wide talent acquisition and staffing channels, policies, and processes. (2) serves as a core member of the ESG & Sustainability project team and leads HR BPs to contribute to group-wide ESG initiatives. The position leads employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, and responsibilities include end-to-end project planning, execution, and close collaboration with Group HR and Management teams across the organization. This role reports directly to the Head of HR&M Department, TSRC.

General Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and supervise recruitment and staffing processes across the entire group.
  2. Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects, including Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, and ESG/Sustainability, Human Rights initiatives.
  3. Collaborate closely with Group HR and management teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.

Professional Responsibilities

  1. Plan and implement employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction and corporate branding.
  2. Design and standardize global recruitment process and its governance frameworks.
  3. Develop diverse recruitment channels and formulate sourcing strategies for key and critical talents.
  4. Lead middle to senior level recruitment and selection processes.
  5. Analyze workforce metrics and provide recruitment action plans and talent retention strategies.
  6. Plan and execute assigned projects; proactively coordinate, communicate, and track project progress, and consolidate relevant data and compile reports.
  7. Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

Competency:

  1. Strategic Talent Acquisition: Strong capability in designing and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
  2. Employer Branding & Employee Experience: Proven experience in building employer brand value and driving employee engagement initiatives.
  3. Talent Acquisition & Stakeholder Management: Solid experience managing middle to senior level recruitment and partnering with executives and key stakeholders.
  4. Data-Driven Workforce Planning: Ability to analyze workforce data, identify talent gaps, and propose actionable recruitment and retention solutions.
  5. Project Management: Demonstrated capability in cross-functional project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  6. Global HR Process Design: Experience in building standardized and scaleable global recruitment frameworks.
  7. Collaboration & Communication: Strong cross-team collaboration, communication, and coordination skills in matrix and multinational environments.
  8. ESG & Sustainability Awareness: Experience participating in ESG or sustainable development initiatives is a strong plus.

Experience and other requirements:

  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in various HR functions and employer branding is highly preferred.
  2. Candid attitude & a team player.
  3. Proficient in English and Mandarin and curating LinkedIn posts.
  4. Familiar with Microsoft office 365, PowerBI and Co-pilot etc., GenAI tools.
  5. Comfortable with multi-tasking and working for unknowns.
  6. Willingness to take on challenges and learn new things.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural & cross-functional environment.
