About the Role

Join JLL's dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce across SEA & ANZ. This is an opportunity to make a real impact across our Capital Markets, Leasing Advisory, Corporate Functions, and Early Careers business lines - with a particular focus on building our next generation of talent through our Early Careers programs.

Based in Singapore reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead in Australia, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment while gaining exposure across multiple disciplines in our fast-paced, diverse business.

What You'll Do

Drive End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for positions across SEA & ANZ, from intake through to offer

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute best-in-class sourcing strategies

• Take ownership of our Early Careers programs, attending career fairs and driving campus engagement initiatives

Build Strategic Talent Pipelines

• Develop creative, proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-find and future-critical capabilities

• Leverage market intelligence and competitor insights to influence hiring decisions

• Build and nurture talent pipelines and communities for current and future needs

• Apply innovative approaches to engage diverse talent in an increasingly competitive market

Leverage Technology & Innovation

• Master our TA tech stack including Workday, HireEZ, and HiredBuddy

• Utilise Hiring on Demand for high-volume roles to streamline processes

• Ensure data integrity and consistent reporting across all platforms

• Generate and manage automated employment contracts

Champion the JLL Brand

• Communicate our culture, values, and employee experience to attract top talent

• Promote our referral program and build our employer brand

• Create campaigns that attract both high-volume candidates and specialist talent

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint

What You'll Bring

Experience & Expertise

• 3+ years in talent acquisition across in-house/corporate, RPO, and/or agency environments

• Strong knowledge of TA best practices and local labour laws

• Proven track record in sourcing and attracting diverse talent

• Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management capabilities

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
