This is a full-time remote role for a Mandarin-English Language Interpreter. The interpreter will facilitate communication between Mandarin and English speakers by accurately translating spoken language in real-time. Core responsibilities include interpreting phone or video calls, ensuring culturally appropriate translations, and maintaining the confidentiality of the conversations. You will collaborate with various clients to support their communication needs across diverse contexts such as customer service, business meetings, and other interactions.

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Proficiency in interpretation techniques and the ability to provide accurate, contextually appropriate translations
• Knowledge of cultural nuances and sensitivity to varying cultural norms and practices
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity
• Prior experience in language interpretation is an advantage
• Familiarity with industries such as customer service, healthcare, or business is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Communications, or a related field is preferred
