(Taipei)Sales Controller Sr. Manager

Position Overview:

Oversee and analyze the sales-related activities from a financial perspective to ensure that sales strategy and activities align with corporate goals and budget and comply with government and corporate regulations.

Job Summary:

Financial Analysis and Reporting

-Execute periodic and ad-hoc financial analyses for key stakeholders

-Provide comprehensive sales data analysis, reports, and forecasts Program Management and Optimization

-Review, optimize, and monitor commission, rebate, and trade spending programs -Coordinate and consolidate Group sales rebate processes

-Ensure alignment of commercial plans with overall strategy

Cross-functional Support and Resource Management

-Provide financial insights and support across departments

-Review and monitor SBG OPEX Master Data Management

-Oversee creation and updates of Material / Vendor / Customer Data

-Support Master Data related requirements in ERP integration projects Additional Responsibilities

-Undertake other strategic projects as assigned by management

Qualifications:

-Good knowledge and background of all aspects of financial planning and analysis

-Fluent in English -Strong Interpersonal Communication skills

-Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

-Familiar with SAP System -Experience in electronic manufacturing industry
