Job Summary
YAGEO is looking for an Oracle Technical Architect. This role is responsible for providing high-level technical guidance and solution design across Oracle cloud PaaS (OIC) and e-Business Suite (EBS) R12 environments. You will act as a key liaison between business user groups and the IT development team to optimize system processes, resolve complex technical issues, and drive maximum ROI for our enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
As the Oracle Technical Architect, you'll coordinate with the team to:
- Architecture & Solution Design: Lead standard project implementation processes (requirements gathering, solution design, technical specifications for RICE objects, system configuration, and testing).
- Platform Optimization: Analyze, tune, and modify complex Oracle technical components to optimize enterprise business processes across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Financial modules.
- Business & IT Alignment: Serve as the technical bridge between business group users and IT business analysts to resolve incidents, oversee new projects, and define technical project deliverables.
- System Integration & Support: Investigate technical issues to determine root causes, perform bug fixing, and support system integrations including cloud REST APIs, OIC, and MES initiatives.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure standard coding best practices, detailed technical documentation, and adherence to SOX compliance and production safety controls.
Experience And Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle Applications, including custom code designs, extensions, interfaces, and SOA (BPEL) development.
- Deep technical proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 across Discrete Manufacturing, Shop Floor Management, Inventory, BOM, Costing, ASCP, and Financials.
- Demonstrated experience with at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle R12 implementation and support projects.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML, SOA/BPEL, REST APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Solid understanding of core enterprise flows: Plan to Build, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
- Hands-on experience with system troubleshooting, SQL performance tuning, database/server configuration, and web service integrations.
- Knowledge of AI agents (e.g., Agent Studio) or cloud OTBI is a plus.

- Knowledge of SOX compliance controls and process safety controls.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related domain is preferred.
