Position And Team Overview
L.E.K.s Consulting advises some of the most prominent organisations across the region, including major multinationals with headquarters and/or significant operations in Asia. Our Partner team has extensive experience across the Financial Services, Healthcare / Life Sciences economy, Education.
This role is expected to be collaborating and effectively working on consulting projects across different practice areas and Asia offices to help support them on key deliverables.
Overview Of Role
The Winter Associate role at L.E.K. offers exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of commercial challenges. The nature and pace of L.E.K.s strategic work facilitates the rapid development of a highly analytical skill set in a collaborative and rewarding team-based environment.
Depending on project opportunities, Winter Associates may also gain exposure to AI-related engagements, ranging from AI strategy and deployment to adoption, implementation and other emerging use cases.
Specific Responsibilities
Winter Associates are crucial to the success of L.E.K. project teams. With the guidance and support of an experienced senior team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors and customers
- Performing rigorous strategic and financial analysis, using leading-edge software and techniques, to develop deep understanding of commercial issues
- Collaborating with team members to identify trends, draw conclusions, develop insights and transform those insights into actionable recommendations for the client

Application Process
The Winter Associate position at L.E.K. is a launch-pad for your career. As a new intern you will be supported with a comprehensive one-week orientation program. For those who go on to pursue roles in industry or Private Equity, the highly valuable commercial and analytical skill set, and broad commercial experience of a Summer / Winter Associate are in great demand.
Winter Associates will have access to L.E.K.s suite of AI-enabled tools and resources, helping you work more effectively across research, analysis, modelling and problem solving while building practical experience in AI-enabled consulting.

Our Winter Associate internship is open to final year students. The
5-week internship program will run from December28 (Mon) to January 29 (Fri), 2027.
