Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and resourceful Digital Inquiry Specialist to manage inbound inquiries from our global Contact Us website form. This person will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical, commercial, or general information about our products and services.

Your main responsibility is to triage incoming web questions, route them to the correct internal teams, and follow up to ensure timely responses. Over time, you'll develop the technical understanding and internal network needed to answer common questions independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming website inquiries daily.
  • Review messages, categorize them (technical, commercial, documentation, etc.), and forward them to the correct Product Manager, Sales Manager, or regional contact.
  • Track inquiries to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an internal database of frequently asked questions, responses, and resources.
  • Learn about our products and technologies to handle standard inquiries directly over time.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both in writing and when coordinating internally.
  • Suggest process improvements to streamline inquiry handling and response quality.
  • Long-term goal is to manage the www.yageogroup.com live chat with global counterparts.
