Job Description

Position Overview

Lead the end-to-end credit risk, execute accounts receivable (AR) strategy across the group, ensuring optimized cash flow, controlled credit exposure, and alignment with corporate governance.

Candidate will partner with sales, finance and operations teams to drive disciplined growth while minimizing financial risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Credit Management
  • Implement and enforce Group credit policy, procedures and internal controls
  • Conduct comprehensive customer credit assessments, including financial analysis and risk evaluation
  • Establish, review, and maintain customer credit files and limits
  • Execute and monitor the credit release process, ensuring compliance within approved terms and risks thresholds
  • Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and analyze monthly accounts receivable aging and overdue reports
  • Track collection performance and identify risk areas and overdue trends
  • Collaborate with Sales and finance teams to improve collection efficiency and reduce overdue balances
  • Support dispute resolution to accelerate cash collection
  • Process Improvement and Projects
  • Support and participate in credit management and AR improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to process standardization, automation, and system enhancements
  • Assist in ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned by management

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong financial analysis capability, with the ability to interpret customer financial statements and credit risk
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation)
  • Good working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems (preferred)
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or finance functions preferred
  • Industry experience in electronics manufacturing or similar sectors is an advantage
