Job Description

  • Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for large-scale automation systems.
  • Diagnose system faults involving Windows servers, SQL databases, networking, and custom application behavior.
  • Lead incident & problem management until a workaround or resolution is confirmed.
  • Participate in commissioning and testing for new system deployments at customer sites.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local clients and act as the technical first-line contact.
  • Conduct system monitoring, validation, regression testing, and escalation coordination with global engineering teams.
  • Ensure safety compliance, hazard identification, and adherence to company procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities and internal knowledge base updates.

The Successful Applicant


  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server environments.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server, networking (LAN), and basic understanding of C#, .NET, Python, PowerShell, or HTML is highly valued.
  • Background in automation, material handling, system integration, or in-house software applications is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to PLC (Siemens / Rockwell) is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Customer-facing mindset with solid communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel locally, and handle field-service conditions.
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English.
