Systems Analyst

This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 24 months with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in overseeing the T2-T2C project programme, including conducting site inspections and coordinating the

  handover and commissioning of IT systems and infrastructure

• Act as the primary liaison between Information Technology Department (ITD) and Engineering & Technical Services Division

  (ETSD) on all IT applications-related matters

• Monitor the implementation and deployment progress of IT applications to ensure alignment with project schedules, operational

  requirements and strategic objectives

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors and suppliers on planning, project management and

  support activities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination to ensure delivery against agreed objectives, service standards,

  timelines and user requirements

• Manage and control budgets for application enhancement and upgrade initiatives on T1, T2 and T2C operations

• Prepare and deliver regular progress updates to ITD, highlighting key milestones, identifying potential risks, and recommending

  mitigation strategies

• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor construction progress and the installation of application-related field devices

• Support and supervise IT system migration and integration efforts from the construction through to operational readiness,

  ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines

• Minium 3 years of experience in IT project coordination or application management, preferably in

  large-scale infrastructure and construction projects

• Experience on IT system migration and integration projects from the construction stage to the

  operation stage

• Concrete business knowledge and technical knowhow to understand various airport systems

  and aviation industry is preferred

• Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management

• Professional (PMP) is preferable

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with all levels of the organization

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is

  an advantage
