Utilize technologies such as RedHat, Windows, JBOSS, SpringBoot, MQ, AMQ, NGINX and more to ensure reliable system operations and middleware performance
Manage and enhance projects, including integrating user request and service ticket data into dashboards for improved visibility and reporting
Collaborate with business users and the wider technology team to support key initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Research and stay up-to-date with new technologies, automation management, and the IT marketplace to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
Harden systems and processes to ensure robust and secure operations
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of site reliability engineering and middleware technologies
