What you have to do
- Deliver essential implementation services for the system, including but not limited to user requirement analysis, system deployment, configuration, end-to-end testing, and documentation
- Conduct thorough system integration processes, ensuring that all components work properly and that the deployment is carried out in a structured manner across all possible environments
- Provide immediate assistance for production incidents, conduct root cause analysis to identify issues, and implement corrective measures. Maintain a detailed incident log for tracking and reporting
- Support clients with system-related issues post-launch and provide relevant training to end users for effective navigation and utilization
- Assist the project manager with system acceptance sign-off, ensuring all deliverables meet established requirements and quality standards. Prepare and present documentation that outlines compliance with client specifications
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives, analyse outcomes, and recommend enhancements to the operations performance to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
What you need to have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or related fields is required
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems, including familiarity with basic commands, service installation, and maintenance. Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in a Linux environment is essential
- Able to efficiently operate databases using SQL scripts, including performing queries, updates, and data manipulation tasks
- Proactive to learn, should be adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where new technologies and processes are frequently introduced
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills which able to think critically and develop effective solutions independently is highly valued
- Fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
- Frequent business travel is required
