Description and Requirements
- Collaborate with business units and product managers to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, user stories, and system design documents in accordance with the agreed format with our HK Gov clients.
- Participate, with guidance, in the design of application systems and modules.
- Perform basic coding, unit testing, and bug fixes using Java and related technology stacks.
- Design, develop, and optimize Oracle Database objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and SQL queries. Such skill set also applies to OceanBase DB.
- Write and execute SQL scripts for data querying, validation, migration, and basic analysis.
- Assist in system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking. Also prepare Test Plan, Test Cases and verification results to client.
- Provide maintenance and support for existing systems, analyzing and resolving daily technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as system manuals, API documentation, and operational guides.
