Job Summary

The System Analyst will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions for the Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, MSSQL, and MVC architecture, combined with solid analytical skills to translate business and compliance requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable systems.

The Job

• Gather and analyze business and compliance requirements for FCRM applications
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Design system architecture using MVC principles for modular and maintainable solutions
• Develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET Framework, MVC Design, and related technologies
• Implement APIs and integration points for FCRM workflows
• Prepare SIT test plans and manage execution to ensure completeness and traceability
• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing
• Maintain SDLC documentation (UR FDS TDS) and Technical Impact Analysis (TIA)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (AMLO, HKIA GL3, AMCM, BMA) and internal audit requirements
• Provide production support for FCRM applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for enhancements and performance tuning
• Work closely with China development team in project execution

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in enterprise application development within a financial institution, with experience leading small teams and/or vendors
• Strong SDLC delivery and documentation skills (UR/FDS/TDS/TIA), test management and DevOps practices proficiency with APIs/integration and SQL
• Solid .NET and MSSQL skills.
• Familiarity with AMLO/HKIA GL3/AMCM/BMA requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative mindset with experience managing internal teams and external service providers
• Experience with AML/FCRM platforms such as Fiserv FCRM, rule tuning and performance troubleshooting
• Practical knowledge of change/release tooling and audit evidence management
