About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our trading platform and supporting systems. You will play a key role in maintaining 24/7 operations, safeguarding market integrity, and collaborating across international teams to deliver a world-class financial services experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute maintenance, real-time monitoring, and incident response for server and network systems to ensure platform stability.
  • Oversee the financial trading platform and related services, guaranteeing uninterrupted 24/7 service quality.
  • Monitor daily trading activities and handle abnormal transactions to protect market order and client interests.
  • Use risk analysis tools and data interpretation to detect and prevent suspicious or non-compliant trading behavior.
  • Collaborate with overseas partner platforms to drive smooth cross-border project execution and operations.
  • Manage and optimize the Windows Server environment to ensure system security and top performance.
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of database systems to safeguard data accuracy and security.
  • Mentor and guide new team members, supporting the team in delivering projects and tasks assigned by management.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Network Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in system operations and network management fundamentals.
  • Project management experience, including timeline planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Team leadership experience with the ability to coach and guide members to solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration and network architecture, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in SQL Server database maintenance, including backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for effective cross-department and international collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience in maintaining financial trading platforms, securities systems, or high-concurrency systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows systems and network security protection.
  • Team management or onboarding training experience, with a willingness to take on leadership roles.
  • Strong English communication skills for direct interaction with global teams.
