Job Responsibilities | 工作內容
- Design, develop, and support Ethernet Switch hardware platforms, from architecture to mass production
- Lead and deliver 100G / 400G / 800G Ethernet Switch platform designs
- Participate in Switch ASIC architecture integration, including High-Speed SerDes (56G / 112G PAM4)
- Perform hardware bring-up, debug, and system validation, covering:
- SI / PI analysis
- Functional verification
- Stability and reliability validation
Required Expertise | 專業背景
- Hands-on experience with high-speed Ethernet Switch platforms (100G+)
- Strong understanding of Switch ASIC architectures
- Solid background in high-speed SerDes technologies (56G / 112G PAM4)
- Proven capability in hardware bring-up, debug, and system-level validation
