Job Description

Job Responsibilities |
  • Design, develop, and support Ethernet Switch hardware platforms, from architecture to mass production
  • Lead and deliver 100G / 400G / 800G Ethernet Switch platform designs
  • Participate in Switch ASIC architecture integration, including High-Speed SerDes (56G / 112G PAM4)
  • Perform hardware bring-up, debug, and system validation, covering:
  • SI / PI analysis
  • Functional verification
  • Stability and reliability validation

Required Expertise |
  • Hands-on experience with high-speed Ethernet Switch platforms (100G+)
  • Strong understanding of Switch ASIC architectures
  • Solid background in high-speed SerDes technologies (56G / 112G PAM4)
  • Proven capability in hardware bring-up, debug, and system-level validation
