Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the pivotal key contact between Group GOCC and local key stakeholders in driving COE initiatives or projects
  • Proactively work with local key stakeholder to identify and implement solutions leveraging Group GOCC's AI capabilities
  • Supporting Ops seniors in implementing COE setups or driving the Operating Model Transformation
  • Innovate and enhance workflows to reduce redundancy, improve efficiency, and lower costs
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies, such as generative AI, to optimize processes and increase the team's strategic value
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of purpose and passion for Project Management, including Ops Process & Platform Re-engineering, Workflow and Workbench, with the aim of enhancing productivity and improving employee and customer journeys
  • Collaborate with the key stakeholders to clarify and prioritize requirements, working closely with the Tech teams to facilitate the development, testing, and implementation of technology solutions, including SIT, UAT, and system enhancements
  • Effectively manage communication and engagement with the seniors of each domain and the respective working teams. Identify and address the issues or conflicts within the programs, projects, or platforms
  • Orchestrate T&O staff engagement activities to enhance the employee journey
  • Experiment with and develop use cases for future-ready technology to improve customer experience

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in banking industry, preferably with experience in project management and

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to act swiftly in critical situations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
  • Innovation-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
