This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving Toku's inorganic growth agenda while strengthening execution and alignment across the leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will help shape strategic initiatives, lead M&A activity, and support the operating rhythm of the business during a defining stage of Toku's growth as a publicly listed company. You will be a great fit for this role if you are commercially sharp, highly organised, and comfortable operating across both strategic and operational priorities at executive level.
What you will be doing
CorporateDevelopment:Translate Toku's strategic priorities into a focused M&A and growth thesisin close partnership with the CEO, including identifying, qualifying, andprioritising acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's long-termstrategy and capital allocation framework
Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end transactionexecution across commercial and financial diligence, valuation, dealstructuring, negotiations, and coordination with external advisers appointed ona per-transaction basis
Pipeline &Market Intelligence: Build and maintain a structured pipeline of acquisition, partnership,joint venture, and minority investment opportunities through proactive marketscanning, industry relationships, and adviser networks
Post-MergerIntegration:Drive post-merger integration planning and execution in partnership withbusiness and functional leaders to ensure successful operational and strategicintegration outcomes
Capital Markets& Corporate Finance: Partner closely with the CFO on corporate financeinitiatives, capital markets activities, investor-related projects, andengagement with external financial advisers where required
Investor RelationsSupport:Support investor positioning, equity storytelling, analyst engagement, andstrategic communications relevant to Toku's growth trajectory as a publiclylisted company
ExecutiveOperating Rhythm: Design and manage the executive operating cadence, including SeniorLeadership Team meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planningcycles to improve alignment and execution discipline
Board &Governance Coordination: Coordinate Board preparation activities, ensuringmaterials are concise, decision-oriented, and aligned with governanceexpectations of an SGX-listed entity
StrategicCross-Functional Initiatives: Lead and drive strategic initiatives that span multiplefunctions, business units, or geographies, acting as an integrator acrossstakeholders and leadership teams
CEO Partnership: Act as a trusted sounding board tothe CEO across strategic, organisational, operational, and people-relatedmatters requiring discretion, judgement, and strong business acumen
Special Projects: Lead high-priority specialprojects on behalf of the CEO, from initial problem framing and analysisthrough to execution and delivery

CorporateDevelopment & M&A Experience: 10+ years of experience across corporatedevelopment, M&A, investment banking, strategy consulting, corporatefinance, or related strategic leadership roles
TransactionLeadership:Demonstrated hands-on experience leading buy-and-build strategies,acquisitions, or complex M&A transactions, ideally within technology, SaaS,telecommunications, or adjacent industries
Commercial &Financial Acumen: Strong capabilities across valuation, financial analysis, commercialdiligence, deal structuring, and strategic assessment of growth opportunities
Leadership &Operating Experience: Prior P&L ownership, operational leadership, or general managementexposure would be considered a strong advantage
Public CompanyEnvironment:Experience operating within or advising publicly listed companies, with strongappreciation for governance, disclosure obligations, investor expectations, andcapital markets dynamics
Cross-FunctionalInfluence:Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment acrossexecutive teams, functions, and international business environments
StrategicExecution:Experience leading complex strategic initiatives that require balancinglong-term planning with operational execution and follow-through
InternationalExposure: Aninternational mindset with the cultural agility to operate effectively acrossAPAC and European markets
CommunicationSkills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability toprepare executive-ready presentations, Board materials, and strategicnarratives
AnalyticalCapability:Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills, with the ability tonavigate ambiguity and make sound commercial decisions
EducationalBackground: Apostgraduate qualification in business, finance, engineering, or a relateddiscipline would be highly preferred
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.Additional European languages such as Dutch, French, or German would beconsidered an advantage given Toku's growing footprint in Europe
