Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
We are seeking a meticulous Sustainability Content Strategist to craft and execute precise content strategies for our sustainability disclosure reports. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage and communicate complex sustainability data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and communications, with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to enhance the company's sustainability disclosure initiatives.
2. Author and refine sustainability reports, stakeholder engagement materials, and other related communications.
3. Oversee projects associated with sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, and other related initiatives.
4. Track and report on vital sustainability metrics and performance indicators.
5. Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in sustainability disclosure and reporting.
6. Conduct linguistic tasks such as translation between English and Chinese, editing, proofreading, and copywriting
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's and Master's degrees in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, communications, journalism, business).
2. Over 5 years of experience in content strategy and project management.
3. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
4. Proven project management abilities, including handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
5. Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaborative efforts.
6. Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD) is an advantage.
7. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as a team member.
8. Proficiency with computers and the internet; advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
