Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of technical or related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification or hands‑on experience in Electronics or a related area.
- 1+ year of experience with digital hardware, software, and/or analog RF troubleshooting and debugging.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Hands‑on experience with oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs.
- Basic RF knowledge and familiarity with RF measurement techniques.
- Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of probe cards, load boards, and test fixtures.
- Self‑motivated team player with good communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Perform debugging, organizational, and development support tasks, including modifications to electronic parts, software, systems, or circuitry.
- Provide analytical support to engineers and contribute to HVM sustaining and improvement efforts.
- Install, calibrate, upgrade, and configure laboratory equipment.
- Monitor product performance and analyze basic failures or malfunctions.
- Demonstrate systematic debugging skills.
- Collaborate with team members to execute assigned tasks, priorities, and deliverables.

- Decision‑making impacts the individual's area of responsibility and/or immediate work group.
Minimum Qualifications
OR
Associate's degree and 1+ year of technical or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of technical or related work experience.
