About this opportunity:

As a Support Engineer in the MNEA CSS TW FET SD & CS team, you will be responsible for the technical support and lifecycle maintenance of UDC domain products. You will work hands-on with carrier-grade systems to ensure the high availability and seamless operation of critical telecom solutions.

What you will do:

  • Maintain UDC systems: Provide technical support and ensure the high availability of UDC domain products.
  • Support Core Nodes: Perform maintenance and configuration for core network equipment (UDR, UDM, HSS, CUDB).
  • Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and recover carrier-grade systems during service incidents or outages.
  • System Health & Updates: Execute system health checks, software patches, and performance optimizations.
  • Document & Share: Maintain technical logs and share troubleshooting knowledge to improve team efficiency.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years in telecom network integration or core networks
  • Hands-on experience with UDC core network equipment
  • Proficiency in at least one: UDR, UDM, HSS, or CUDB
  • Strong end-to-end troubleshooting capabilities
  • Quick learner with problem-solving mindset

Nice to have ( learn on the job):

  • Deep UDC systems knowledge
  • UDC deployment experience
  • Process optimization skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
