About the job

We are a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for a Supply Planner (m/f/d) to join us. The principal objective of the Supply Planner is to execute operations and activities at order fulfillment, inventory level, material planning and supply chain performance.

What you'll do

1. Demand & Inventory Planning

  • Analyze demand forecasts to ensure capacity can fulfill future demand and preparing long lead-time parts in advance.
  • Replenish safety stock program weekly to capture business opportunities.
  • Monitor slow-moving stock and meeting with Sales team for action plans.
  • Extra safety stock preparation for Chinese New Year or other special events.
  • Work with the sales team on low-demand items that do not meet MOQ.
  • Work with the PM team for NPI, last-time-buy, and holding transition meetings with the Sales team for New/Old SKUs SSP preparation.

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with subsidiaries to handle urgent demand and collecting demand from each location for weekly consolidation to place orders.
  • Work with the factory team to resolve any supply bottlenecks.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate monthly inventory reports with action plans and 4-month production plans.
  • Prepare reports required for data analysis.

What you'll bring

  • BS degree in Business, IE, Statistics, Supply Chain or a related function
  • 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment, demanding planning, capacity planning, inventory management.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Excellent English and Mandarin in both oral and written
  • Strong analytical abilities and have sense on numbers
  • Strong multi-tasker being able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with subsidiaries and internal department
  • Self-motivated and has a strong sense of urgency.
  • Prior experience with SAP ERP is preferred.
