Supply / Tactical Planner (APAC Taiwan)

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates must be based in Taiwan)

Contract Duration: 34 weeks

Rate: $1015 USD/hour

About the Role

We're looking for a Supply / Tactical Planner to play a critical role in shaping medium-term supply plans that keep the supply chain running efficiently and cost-effectively. In this role, you'll work beyond day-to-day execution, translating demand signals into actionable supply plans that production and mill planners can execute seamlessly.

You'll collaborate closely with demand planning, manufacturing sites, and distribution teams to ensure supply plans are realistic, optimized, and aligned with customer service and business goals.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations (site or corporate level).
• Experience using supply planning software and analytical solvers (e.g., APO or IBP Optimizer, Kinaxis heuristic).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to organize complex data, evaluate alternatives, and make sound planning decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across teams.
• SAP experience.
• Must have good English communication skills
