Responsibilities
1. Based on the company's annual plan, rolling forecast of business demand C+xQ, combined with computer room planning, hardware basic iteration, full product roadmap and industry market conditions, formulate corresponding supply solutions, including medium and long-term supply plans from server machine level to component level, grayscale release introduction and volume ramp-up plan management 2. Lead and establish the out-of-stock response mechanism for each model, connect the demand side and the supply side, establish a continuous communication mechanism (including abnormal demand management) and output the supply plan 3. Lead the quarterly material locking process of a certain model (GPU/memory/HDD/SSD, etc.) and establish a strategic stocking plan to improve the supply flexibility management mechanism 4. Based on monthly/quarterly statistical forecast results, analyze forecast deviations, track demand forecast accuracy, continuously improve the supply model, and continue to improve demand forecast accuracy through supply and demand balance and strategic changes 5. Collect and analyze market, user demand, procurement strategy and other information, and collaborate with R&D, product, business BP and other relevant parties to formulate product iteration planning and roadmap 6. Through product cost analysis and calculation, follow up the promotion of products on the business side to ensure product iteration competitiveness, pay attention to industry dynamics and market analysis, and provide market analysis and product competitive advantage suggestions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major is preferred 2. More than 5 years of experience in server product management, familiar with server software, hardware and related technologies 3. Strong subjective initiative, with good cross-team collaboration and communication skills 4. Experience in market analysis and product promotion, and understanding of industry trends 5. Possess innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, and can independently promote product planning and solution evolution 6. Passionate about work and have a strong sense of responsibility.
