No two projects look alike

The client is overseas, the factory is in Taiwan, and you're the person in the middle who makes it happen.

We run projects across multiple industries at once, so you won't be stuck on one product type:

• Drone components — FPV cameras, motors, transmitters and receivers, carbon fiber frames
• Electronic components and PCBs
• Textiles and apparel
• Metal fabrication
• Plastic injection molding

Touching completely different processes, suppliers, and clients inside a single month is the most interesting part of this job.

You'll get inside real Taiwanese factories. We visit our manufacturing partners regularly, and you'll see injection molding, carbon fiber layup, and SMT lines running in person — standing next to the machine, not looking at a slide. For anyone who wants to genuinely understand manufacturing, this is one of the best classrooms in Taiwan, and you don't need to leave the country for it.

What you'll own1. Project execution (the core of the role)

Everything we do runs on Odoo. Each client project is broken into individual tasks, and the data and background you need are already attached to the task. Your job is to finish it and update the status.

• Move your tasks through the Kanban stages: Backlog → New → In Work → Complete
• Read the specs and data provided in the task and work out the next step
• Ask a colleague when you're stuck — asking questions isn't a weakness here; going quiet is
• Keep task status and notes current so the team and the client always know where things stand
• Track the schedule on your own items and flag problems early

Our clients can see project progress directly in the system. Every update you write is visible to them — which is also how your work gets noticed.

2. Cross-border communication

• Work with the internal team to keep project information aligned
• Correspond in Chinese and English with suppliers and clients in Taiwan, China, Vietnam, North America, and Australia

3. Shipping and logistics support

• Coordinate factory shipments to client-designated 3PL warehouses, and arrange the details with customs brokers and forwarders

4. Administrative support

• Company travel arrangements
• Other tasks assigned by management

What we're looking for

Experience None required — new graduates welcome

EducationAssociate degree or above, any major

Languages Native-level Chinese; business-level English (able to write emails independently and take part in video calls)

Computer skills Basic Excel, Word, and Google Workspace; ERP or project management system experience is a plus (we'll teach you Odoo)
