Job Overview

The Supply Chain Optimization Analyst leads and supports continuous improvement and optimization initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, the ability to collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources, and the capability to translate insights into clear, visual, and actionable information. The position requires effective collaboration within cross-functional teams as well as the ability to work independently. It is well suited for individuals who are intellectually curious, proactive in problem solving, comfortable with change, and driven by the mindset that there is always a better way.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain processes and data end-to-end to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities; present findings through clear and effective visualizations.
  • Lead improvement initiatives or partner with cross-functional project teams to design and implement process enhancements, including data integration, automation, and operational optimization.
  • Develop lightweight tools and automation solutions (e.g., VBA, Python) to improve daily supply chain operations and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and digital teams to enhance, implement, or optimize information systems and data flows.
  • Design and maintain BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance, operational effectiveness, and key supply chain KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of job experience in supply chain related roles, ideally with a focus on problem solving or continuous improvement
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP and Power BI or other business intelligence / analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and/or project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical, data visualization, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to translate data insights into practical business actions
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, familiar with VBA/Python/SQL will be a plus
  • Fluent in English communication, especially in written and verbal
