Lead and manage the entire supply chain process, from raw material receipt and inventory management to finished goods delivery to customers, including demand and production planning, logistics, shipping, and BOI-related operations.
Supervise and develop a large team (50+ members) to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as Production, Industrial Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality to achieve operational targets.
Manage central logistics functions, optimizing inbound and outbound processes to support milk run and Just-in-Time (JIT) systems.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the supply chain.
Monitor supplier and logistics performance to ensure compliance with standards and delivery requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean principles and best practices.
Prepare and present supply chain reports and performance analysis.
Handle customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules negotiate delivery commitments and timelines with both internal teams and customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management within an automotive manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership experience in managing large teams (50+ subordinates) across multiple sites.
Strong multitasking ability and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with strong command of English (spoken and written).
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
Solid knowledge of milk run, Just-in-Time (JIT) logistics systems, and BOI regulations.
Able to work across Si Racha and Rayong locations as needed.
