Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory control, and warehouse management, to ensure smooth operations and stable customer delivery performance.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to improve supply chain efficiency and support business growth.
  • Oversee SIOP and capacity planning processes to align demand and supply, optimize lead times, and support operational continuity.
  • Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs, inventory performance, and material flow efficiency through data analysis and process optimization.
  • Manage long-term and short-term production/material planning activities, including forecasting, MRP management, production scheduling, and inventory strategy.
  • Develop sourcing and supplier management strategies to improve supply stability, supplier performance, and overall procurement competitiveness.
  • Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, MOQ, and other commercial conditions while supporting annual cost-saving initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships while ensuring quality, delivery, and cost expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Partner closely with manufacturing and technical teams to support new materials, supplier development, and operational requirements.
  • Lead warehouse and inventory management activities, including cycle count processes, inventory accuracy improvement, material handling optimization, and logistics flow enhancement.
  • Establish business continuity and risk management practices within supply chain operations to minimize operational disruption.
  • Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members through performance management, capability development, and succession planning.

【Requirements】

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • At least 7 years of relevant supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and SIOP processes.
  • Experience in ERP/MRP systems, supply chain analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and self-driven working style.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across functions and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
