Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the demand tracking and follow-up of ByteDance's global office construction project equipment, and prepare corresponding supply resources according to plans such as office construction and project iteration 2. Support the business department in the selection of office construction hardware categories and the road map management of hardware products be responsible for the order delivery of equipment (network equipment/security equipment/audio and video equipment, etc.) for global or regional office construction projects, regularly communicate with the demand department on customer and user order requirements and delivery commitments, and manage the entire process of order delivery for hardware equipment suppliers 3. In the short term, connect suppliers order commitments and track the on-time delivery rate of orders, and closely follow up with the demand team & project team on emergency needs caused by forecast changes in the medium and long term, connect supplier capacity planning, supplier material and production plan management, identify medium and long-term delivery risks, and collaborate with suppliers and procurement to formulate the best delivery plan for orders 4. Responsible for the daily operation management of suppliers, including but not limited to: setting and assessing supplier delivery KPIs, conducting regular supplier assessments and following up on supplier continuous improvement plans regularly organizing order delivery related reports, including KPI data, supplier inventory information, order delivery plan data, etc., conducting supplier delivery data analysis and corresponding reporting through KPI assessment 5. Collaborate with suppliers to formulate optimal delivery plans based on demand and the project team's annual/quarterly/semi-annual/demand plans and collaborate with suppliers to improve based on the supply chain operation indicators that need to be optimized, such as delivery cycle/LT optimization, hardware equipment delivery delay analysis, etc. 6. Support the delivery process management of hardware equipment rework production, returns and exchanges/RMA processing and other business links caused by quality and other issues.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience related to delivery of hardware equipment such as production planning, order management, inventory management, material planning 2. Familiar with the end-to-end end-to-end process of ordering and delivery of office construction hardware categories (network/security/audio and video/weak current, etc.) 3. Work rigorously, have strong communication and coordination skills to communicate with internal customers and external suppliers, have strong execution and self-driving skills, and communicate fluently in English 4. Have clear logic, be proficient in using tools such as EXCEL/SQL, have data analysis capabilities, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure. Scores: 1. Familiarity with office construction and delivery, experience in supply chain delivery management of network architecture, network equipment industry or network equipment manufacturing industry is preferred 2. Bonus points: Applicants with project management capabilities and PMP certificates are preferred.
