Our client, an established Japanese MNC, is seekingfor a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

Job Responsibilities:

. Generateinvoices and prepare shipping documentation to support order fulfilment.

. Coordinateand track shipments with freight forwarders, customers, and logistics partnersto ensure smooth delivery.

. Reviewand verify shipment information for accuracy and completeness.

. Collaboratewith regional subsidiaries, distributors, and internal stakeholders on orderand logistics matters.

. Arrangetransportation and delivery schedules between warehouses and installationsites.

. Manageinventory movement and storage coordination Maintain accurate records ofinventory, warehouse transactions, and shipment activities.

. Supportday-to-day supply chain and logistics operations across regional markets.

. Assistwith ad hoc projects and other duties assigned by the team.

Job Requirements:

. MinimumNitec/ Diploma and above

. Minimum3 years of relevant experience

. Forkliftlicense will be advantageous

. Proficientin MS Office Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be preferred
