Hiring: Supply Chain Associate (Internship, Vietnam Market)

Long Advance is a premium performance fabric trading and export company in Da'an, Taipei, serving European (Mammut, Hestra & Mountain Equipment Etc.) and US markets and expanding our Vietnam operations.

I'm looking for a student/graduated to work directly with me and our team—from researching potential customers and preparing digital product materials to supporting projects on the ground in Vietnam.

What you'll work on

• Market and brand research: map customers, competitors and potential partners.

• Grants, competitions and awards: assess relevant opportunities, track deadlines and prepare application materials.

• Digital content: turn product specifications, test results and ESG information into presentations, digital showcases and team resources using AI tools.

• Factory coordination: support Mandarin–Vietnamese-English communication; track development, production, delivery dates and action items.

• Vietnam projects: support local operations planning, supplier relationships and meetings.

What we're looking for

• Clear writing and logical thinking: identify key points and turn information into well-structured summaries, emails and presentations.

• Numerical judgment: compare figures, check their accuracy and reasonableness, and identify discrepancies worth investigating.

• Final-year undergraduate or master's student in Taiwan.

• Fluent Vietnamese, Mandarin B2+, and good English reading, writing and speaking skills.

• Initiative, attention to detail and reliable follow-through; interest in business and supply chains, with a willingness to build a career in Vietnam.

Travel

• At least 4 business trips to Vietnam per year, primarily Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Willingness to travel regularly is required.

• Our team makes around 2–3 business trips to Europe and the US annually. Interns may also join, depending on project needs and arrangements.

研究適合公司的計畫與獎項,整理申請資格、時程與價值,追蹤進度並協助準備申請資料。

• AI 與數位內容應用

運用 AI 與數位工具,將產品規格、測試結果與永續資訊整理成簡報、數位展示及團隊可使用的資料。

• 工廠溝通與專案追蹤

協助台灣團隊與越南工廠進行中越文溝通,確認需求,追蹤產品開發、生產、交期與待辦事項,主動回報問題。

• 越南營運與合作拓展

參與越南營運準備、合作夥伴聯繫及會議安排,逐步了解跨國業務如何從研究、討論走到執行。

我們特別重視的能力

• 文字表達與邏輯

能抓出重點、整理資訊,清楚說明問題與想法,將資料轉成有條理的摘要、郵件或簡報。

• 數字敏銳度

能整理與比較數據,檢查數字是否正確、合理,發現落差並主動提出值得確認的問題。

此外,希望你:

• 目前在台灣就讀大學四年級或碩士。

• 越南語流利、中文 B2 以上,英文具良好閱讀、書信及口語溝通能力。

• 主動、細心、有責任感,願意提問並持續跟進工作。

• 對商業、供應鏈或紡織有興趣,願意未來赴越南發展。

出差安排

• 越南:每年至少 4 次商務出差,主要為胡志明市與河內,需能配合定期出差。

• 歐美:團隊每年約有 2–3 次歐美商務出差,實習生也有機會依專案需求與安排隨團參與。
