Location: Taipei, Taiwan (Near Songjiang Nanjing MRT Station)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to NT$44,000/month (13 months)

We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Assistant for a well-established U.S.-based industrial manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily supply chain operations and administrative activities.
• Review and maintain product certificates and related documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data management.

Qualifications

• Junior-level candidates are welcome.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or administration is preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency, particularly for business email correspondence.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Working Arrangements

• Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00.
• Potential Friday WFH arrangement after 6–12 months, subject to company approval.
