Roles & Responsibilities

. Responsible for working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation

. Maintain good rapport with staff to ensure sales targets are achieve by individual and team performance

. Ability to drive sales and build a new customer base

. Promote brand awareness and the company's service/ products to customers

. Handle customer's feedback professionally

. Lead and motivate staff in providing excellent service

. Deliver professional nail services, including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services

. Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices

. Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients

. Evaluating the condition of clients nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments

. Sanitising all nail instruments and equipment before each use

. Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly

. Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked

. Advise clients on nail care and the use of products and colours

. Promote and sell nail care products

. schedule client appointments and accept payments

. Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

. With or Without experience - Candidates with experience will be an advantage

. Able to work on weekends and PH

. Good communication skills and cheerful personality
