Job Description
- Arrange Pre-shift meeting and post work safety briefing/ communication
- Plant facility/ equipment/ tool maintenance
- Complete the fire extinguisher demand statistics table
- Inventory management and storage area planning
- Staff / manpower management and work arrangement for each shift
- On-site personnel education training and certification
- 5S environmental maintenance & PCPD safety quality observation activities
- Ad hoc assignment
Qualifications
- Diploma Degree (High school is acceptable)
- 3+ years of proven warehouse experience
- Familiar with Manufacture warehouse operations, transportation management, WMS environment experience; customer service skills; negotiation skills.
- Customer driven – Meets customer expectations and delivers what is expected.
- Driving people performance – Maintains performance under pressure.
- Working and managing as a team – Cooperates well with others within and across departments to get the work done.
