Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes

. Develop and implement policies and procedures to support sales processes . Calculate sales achievement, maintain information of sales activities and sales performance metrics . Analyse sales performance for the development of sales plans and forecasts . Administer agency compensation, awards and benefits
