Job Description

The applicant must possess
  1. with arecognised Higher Diploma or equivalent academic qualification in construction / engineering discipline or equivalent qualification
  2. with valid Certificate in relevant trade (includingTrade Test Certificate in Rigger/Metal Formwork Erector or A12S Silver Card in Construction Materials Rigger and Signaller)
  3. with a minimum of 10 years solid work experience in relevant trade, familiar with 4S and lifting operations is preferred
  4. with basic knowledge of using digital or AIsupported tools to improve daily work efficiency and
  5. with good writing and management skills.

(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)


Duties include
  1. to oversee daily training activities at the training ground(s) to ensure all programmes are delivered in accordance with HKIC standards;
  2. to supervise, monitor and evaluate instructors teaching performance
  3. to plan and coordinate the daily operation schedule of the training ground(s), including class arrangements, equipment allocation, etc.
  4. to conduct tests and training, and to design assessment items and training contents and
  5. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
