Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works for airport systems such as Baggage Handling Systems (BHS), Baggage Security Screening Systems (BSS), Powered Baggage Loading Devices (S@E), RFID Systems, Individual Carrier System and Rack Based Early Bag Storage System
Assist in daily inspection, workmanship monitoring, testing and commissioning of the works
Assist in budget control and expenditure of the works
Liaise with internal and external parties to manage the works and ensure it is conducted in a safe and efficient manner with minimal impact on daily airport operations
Assist in the management of the works, coordinate with maintenance and operation teams to ensure timely delivery and completion
Review and comment on contractor's submissions including method statement, programme, etc.
Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Building Services Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 4 years relevant working experience in maintenance or installation of BHS, Material Handling System (MHS) and/or major automation system would be an advantage. Degree holder with 2 years relevant working experience will also be considered
Candidates without the above specified academic qualification but have 10 years relevant working experience will also be considered
Proactive, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure
Team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Possess a valid HK driving license (class 1, 2) is preferred
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
